During the first FreeIran exhibition at the permanent site of Tehran International Exhibitions, a *150-ton mining dump truck with an AC-AC electromechanical drive system* was unveiled; a product that was manufactured for the first time in the country by the Gohar Sanat Adak Gostar Knowledge-Based Company.
Engineer Salari, Director of Research, Innovation and Localization at Goharzamin, said: The design and construction of this dump truck was completely carried out by domestic experts and the depth of domestic manufacturing has reached about 60%. The electrical, control, chassis, cabin, hydraulic, suspension, steering and brake systems have been produced domestically.
This national project was implemented with the support of the Vice President for Science, the Ministry of Health and IMIDRO and is in the performance testing stage. Its implementation will prevent the outflow of more than one million euros of foreign exchange per unit
